Where we launched HeyCAi to the chiropractic world.
CA's Extravaganza is the Spanish-speaking event built specifically to train and empower Chiropractic Assistants (CAs), hosted by Dr. Carlos Sellés and Natacha Costales. In its 2026 edition in Madrid, QuiroAds participated as sponsor and speaker. It was the stage where we publicly launched HeyCAi, our AI assistant built for chiropractic clinics.
Why we showed up
The CA (Chiropractic Assistant) is the backbone of any practice. They run reception, manage the patient journey, and hold the energy of the office together. Most marketing and tech events ignore them. CA's Extravaganza is the rare event built around them and for them, which is exactly the audience HeyCAi is designed to support.
What we launched
We took the stage to launch HeyCAi, an AI assistant that answers patient calls, books appointments, and handles WhatsApp follow-up 24/7. The pitch was simple: HeyCAi does not replace the CA. It frees the CA to do the human work that matters, while the AI handles the noise.
What we took away
Speaking to a room full of Chiropractic Assistants reshaped how we talk about HeyCAi. The right framing is not "automation". It is "support". When the CA becomes the operator of an AI tool that handles the after-hours and the overflow, the practice grows without burning out the person at the front desk. We are building HeyCAi for them.
